NOVEMBER 2021 COVID 19 update:
We continue to review our blended working arrangements where staff are working from both the office and from home. This allows our staff to remain safe and well whilst continuing to provide the best service possible to our customers. We will continue to monitor Government advice and will keep you informed of any changes.
From Monday 18 October 2021 we will be opening our doors to customers every Tuesday afternoon between the hours of 2pm and 4pm and every Friday morning between the hours of 10am and 12 noon. We look forward to welcoming you back.
Please be aware that you need to:
• Comply with our social distancing guidelines - only one household (a maximum of 3 people including children) will be allowed in our reception area at any one time due to the size the reception area.
• Wear a mask whilst in the office unless you are medically exempt.
• Provide your contact details for NHS Track and Trace purposes (we retain for 21 days.
• Use hand sanitiser on entering the office.
*Please note that we are no longer taking cash payments at the office.
Please remember that you can continue to telephone or email staff for any advice and information that you need. Staff can also visit you within your home on request and where it is safe to do so in terms of COVID-19.

We are operating a full repairs service within tenant’s homes subject to government guidelines.
