Repairs are dealt with by our Maintenance Staff and tenants can report repairs during office hours by:

Calling in to the office Monday to Friday 9.30am to 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 4.30pm or by phoning the office on 01389 877924.

All gas repairs should be phoned directly to City Building on 0800 595 595 Or, you can submit your repair by email to: enquiry@faifleyha.co.uk

Emergency repairs are burst pipes, electrical faults, smashed windows, blocked toilet, locked out of property, flooding and no heating.
