Response Times
When you report a repair to the Association we will prioritise the repair into one of the categories below. We also offer an appointment system where you can request that our Contractor attend to your repair on a specific day on either a morning or afternoon slot.
Emergency Repairs: Responded to and made safe within 6 hours. Urgent Repairs: Completed within 3 working days.
Routine Repairs: Completed within 10 working days.
Call Outs: Responded to and made safe within 6 hours.

Please note that the number of days relates to the number of working days (i.e. excluding weekends and public holidays) beginning on the day after the repair has been reported.
